 appropriate images

all content MUST be child friendly

ex. no excessive gore, injury, etc

do not steal images you found online

only use art which was drawn by you or for you unless it is something widely distributed for free fan-use from famous books, movies, or TV shows, such as official images from Warrior Cats, Pokemon, MLP etc.

character references

one reference per character

- describe different things (different hair colour, outfits) in writing

copyright

- your reference image should either be something you personally own the rights to use such as a drawing you made, a drawing someone made for you that you have the right to use, or free fan use from books, television shows, etc

- never use someone's personal art/photos/characters/etc taken from websites like deviantART, tumblr, Furaffinity, and related image sharing websites unless the owner said you could use it, or said that it was for anybody to use.

stealing art/characters

- if someone stole your art or character please report it to us, such as using the art you/someone gave you premission to use or copying your entire bio. however if you

got your reference somewhere on the internet we cannot do much about it. and also, do not

contact us for someone just having your character's name/personality/powers etc.

violence is seen is many roleplays- as most characters

get into a disagreement sometimes. these scenes may not be overly violent, graphic, disturbing or gruesome.

• there should not be descriptions of excessive injuries and blood/gore.
  
• characters will not take pleasure in their victims suffering.
  
• no sexual violence of any sort.
  
• characters can not be continuously abused for no reason.
  

YOUR CHARACTERS MAY:

• get into a minor fight with biting/kicking and only have scrapes/bruises/etc
  
• die or have a serious injury as a result of a fight/attack, as long as it is not described in detail during the fight or in recovery 
  
• get into a violent fight that is "OFF-SCREEN" (NOT WRITTEN IN THE RP) and NOT EXPLAINED IN GREAT DETAIL 
  

YOUR CHARACTERS MAY NOT:

• scenes which describe actions and details to a level that would be inappropriate for children and sensitive users to read. this includes but is not limited to overly descriptive or graphic scenes involving excessive blood, gore, serious injury, and death.

once again, this must be STRICTLY CHILD FRIENDLY.

older/mature roleplayers who want to roleplay descriptive romantic and sexual scenes may find the rules too strict. if you are one of those people, roleplay on another site. we will not tolerate rule-breaking here no matter how old you are or how willing your roleplay partners are. users who break these rules may get muted from the forums, lose posting abilities in the roleplay section, lose the ability to send private messages, or may be permanently banned from Silver Tales depending on the severity of their behaviour. you can be banned instantly without any prior warning if you are found to be involved in descriptive sexual roleplaying.

CHARACTERS MAY

• nuzzle/lick their partner 
  
• be described as mated with their partner and pregnant WITHOUT DESCRIBING THE SCENE
  
• be pregnant and give birth WITHOUT A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF BIRTH
  

CHARACTERS MAY NOT

• forced mating is NOT ALLOWED
  
• have detailed descriptions of mating/birth
